Baseline Fitness
Since our opening in 2001, Baseline Fitness has become your one stop Human Performance Center. Our services are provided to individuals of all ages and fitness levels. All tests are private and confidential. We will advise you at time of scheduling as to how you should prepare for your visit. Upon completion of your assessment, we will review your results and a provide you with a complete detailed report. Need program assistance? Train with us! Baseline Fitness has expanded with an all new 1500 sq. ft. private training facility. In addition we can help you find the right dietician, gym or program to help you reach your goals.
