SwingColumbus is a community site dedicated to swing dancing of all forms in the Columbus, Ohio area. This site hopes to provide you with information about Lessons, Clubs, Events and Workshops going on in the area. Here are a few informational links if you are new to swing dancing.

* What is swing? A list of the various types of swing dancing, including brief histories of each.
* Where can I learn? A list of the groups that teach swing dancing in Columbus.
* What should I wear to go dancing? While you really don't need anything to dance, here are a few things we would recommend.
* Is there any dancing ettiquette? Mostly just make sure to smile a lot and have fun, though here are a few tips to make sure that you're not running partners off the floor.
